An Endless Wait

I had just started knowing you well,

when you went away...

Was this the only result i had to get

inspite of all my ways..

I had tried to convince you what Iam

but you always thought me wrong..

The nights i used to spend on the phone

are the same except now that they are all alone..

You told that you would be always besides me

that you would love me ever...

but now i ask were you ever mine

did you love me ever....

I wailed night and day longing for you to come back

but the fact was you could never see those tears...

Still i want you to be on the top of the world

so that when you look down somewhere you see my broken heart...

I pine for your love not for your strangeness

for you to understand me not to misapprehend me...

But i believe someday my days will be fine

and you will love me like never.....

Someday you will understand me

just as i understood you...

I AM WAITING FOR THAT SOMEDAY TO COME.....

BUT WILL THIS WAIT EVER END..????
